We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner-Lead. The "one" we’re looking for must be an exceptional worker who has a passion for all aspects of recruitment and human management. You will start as a one-man show and going forward you will recruit a team.

In this role, you will lead and manage the recruitment process for the Israeli team, end-to-end. This includes owning and leading the process, being proactive, strategic, and assuming a data-driven approach in order to meet and exceed business goals and deadlines.

You will work closely with hiring managers and business partners in order to understand the needs of a given role and advise on strategies for creating top talent pipelines by using innovative talent acquisition channels.

  • Passion for recruitment!
  • At least 5 years proven experience in leading end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Experience in technological recruiting

A day in a life of a Talent Acquisition Partner-Lead


  • Kick off:
    Set yourself up for the day with a healthy breakfast and freshly brewed coffee.

    Daily sync with the talent recruiters regarding hiring status and prioritizing urgent positions.
  • Noon:
    Analyze last week's Hiring Dashboard stats and draft plan to improve time-to-hire and expand sourcing.

  • Afternoon:
    Draft a personal development plan for your team.
  • Until Evening:
    Meet with professional managers to guide them on recruiting strategies that meet their needs while adhering to defined best practices and KPI's.
