We're looking for a business manager who has the skills for both data analysis and marketing to create the right in-game promotions at the right time for the right audiences, and run operations at scale. You should have a genuine passion for playing games - all Playstudians do and it's what unites us!

It will be within your remit to get under the hood of player data so you can plan, execute, and analyze marketing activities that will encourage players to: stay (retention) -> play (engage)-> pay (monetize). You should understand monetization, be familiar with specification and production management of end-to-end marketing activities. You will manage in-game promotional activities using our game's back-end system while analyzing players’ engagement with them against target business KPIs, leading teams in Tel-Aviv and Serbia.

Below are non-negotiable requirements for the position

  • BA degree in the Industrial Engineering/Economics field
  • 2+ years experience as a Marketing Manager, Data Marketing Analyst or Product Manager (in the online industry)
  • 2+ years experience working with numbers, formulas, excel and SQL

A day in the life of a Monetization Manager

  • Kickoff
    Enjoy a catered breakfast with freshly brewed coffee. Our kitchen is full of fresh food to kickstart your stellar hours.
  • Late Morning:
    Catch up with your Diamond team to go over the numbers of yesterday's promotional activities to determine success. Assign tasks according to the imminent launch date of a new in-game feature. Meet with your QA lead to discuss a number of bugs that surfaced in the latest QA round. Work together to prioritize showstoppers needing immediate attention
  • Lunch:
    Grab a healthy lunch with colleagues and chill in our sunny courtyard talking about your favorite mobile game
  • Afternoon:
    Revisit your KPI's to analyze whether the company is on target to meet them. Have a chat with stakeholders to fill them in on your conclusions
  • Until evening:
    Write up a presentation you're giving the company this week titled Pushing Your Creative Limits. Jot down an idea you had last night for a stunning visual you want to discuss with your Designer
  • Late nights:
    Occasionally, hop on a call or hold a meeting
